This document is not a legal agreement. It describes the structure of the Pioneers Club program and the expectations around early access. All confidentiality, usage, ownership, and information-handling obligations are governed exclusively by the existing Mutual NDA between READI and the participating partner.
1. Purpose of the Pioneers Club
- Provide selected Pioneers early access to Smart Connector capabilities.
- Enable exploration of the technology in test environment hosted by READI.
- Gather usability and workflow feedback.
- Allow participants to build early familiarity with capabilities.
NOTE: Participation is voluntary and non-binding, with no rights or licenses granted.
2. What READI Provides
- Early access to Smart Connector capabilities within a controlled evaluation environment hosted by READI.
- Technical onboarding session (30 minutes).
- Direct communication channel with Product and Engineering.
- Optional collaboration opportunities for launch content.
- Digital Pioneers Club badge.
NOTE: No rights to redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercialize the technology are granted.
3. What We Ask from Pioneers
- Attempt one connector build (non-production recommended).
- Share observations on usability, UI/UX, and flow accuracy in a regular cadence (to be defined)
- Participate in a 30–45 minute feedback session.
- Provide a quote or anonymized outcome summary.
- READI will not disclose Pioneer information without written approval.
4. Confidentiality
- All information exchanged is governed solely by the READI Mutual NDA.
- No additional confidentiality or IP terms are introduced here.
5. Program Boundaries
- Do not share screenshots, videos, or technical details publicly without approval.
- Do not reverse-engineer Smart Connector technology.
- Use early access only for purposes consistent with the MNDA and potential business relationship.
6. Duration
- The Pioneers Club runs approximately 4–6 weeks.
- READI may extend access for active evaluators.
- Does not alter any MNDA terms or survival obligations.
7. No Fees and No Commitments
- Participation is free of charge.
- Does not constitute a commercial transaction.
- Does not imply or create any commitment to license, purchase, or enter into future agreements.
8. Participation Acknowledgement
By submitting your application, you confirm your participation in the READI Smart Connector Pioneers Club early-access program and agree to the rules and expectations of the program.
This acknowledgment does not modify, replace, or supplement the existing Mutual NDA between the parties, and creates no commercial obligations or rights for either party.
Participation is voluntary and intended solely to support evaluation and feedback activities related to Smart Connectors.
