We are looking for an Identity Solutions Architect to work directly with enterprise customers on the hardest part of their identity governance program: the applications their IGA platform cannot reach. You will design how READI connects, governs, and extends identity data across disconnected, legacy, and UI based systems, and translate that design into a working implementation. 

What You’ll Do 

• Design connector and Atlas Unified Identity Directory integration architecture for enterprise customer environments 

• Translate customer identity governance pain points into implementation plans using Connector Studio, Bot Studio, and Smart Connector 

• Support pre-sales technical discovery and post-sales implementation for new customers 

• Document integration patterns and reusable architecture approaches for common application types 

• Act as the technical liaison between customer IAM teams and READI’s product and engineering organization 

What You’ll Bring 

• Hands-on experience architecting identity or access management solutions in enterprise environments 

• Familiarity with SailPoint or a comparable IGA platform and how it connects to source systems 

• Comfortable working with PowerShell based low-code tooling and systems that lack modern APIs 

• Strong communication skills bridging technical and business stakeholders 

Nice to Have 

• Experience supporting IGA onboarding for legacy or disconnected applications 

• Background as a practitioner inside an enterprise IAM or identity governance team 

Enterprise customers expect proof, not promises, when it comes to how their identity data is handled. We are looking for a Compliance and GRC Manager to build the evidence, documentation, and process discipline behind READI’s compliance program, and to support our sales cycles by handling customer security and compliance requests directly. 

What You’ll Do 

• Own completion of customer security and compliance questionnaires 

• Track and maintain evidence for internal controls and audit readiness 

• Partner with Security and Engineering to document how controls are implemented in practice 

• Support Legal on data processing and security addenda for customer contracts 

• Maintain a central compliance calendar and audit trail across frameworks and customer commitments 

What You’ll Bring 

• Experience in a GRC, compliance, or audit role at a SaaS company 

• Familiarity with SOC 2 or comparable enterprise compliance frameworks 

• Strong documentation habits and process discipline 

• Comfortable working directly with customer security and procurement teams 

Nice to Have 

• Experience supporting compliance for a company selling into financial services, healthcare, or higher education 

We are looking for an IT Operations Manager to own the internal systems, provisioning, and offboarding processes that keep READI’s own environment running and governed. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to replace manual, spreadsheet based tracking with a real process, not just maintain the spreadsheet. 

What You’ll Do 

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding across internal applications and systems 

• Maintain accurate, current access records and respond to internal access requests 

• Reduce reliance on manual, spreadsheet based tracking of access and system ownership 

• Partner with the Director of Identity and Access Management on closing access visibility gaps 

• Provide day-to-day IT support for the internal team 

What You’ll Bring 

• Experience in IT operations or systems administration 

• Comfortable owning manual, high stakes processes in a growing organization without full automation in place yet 

• Detail oriented, process driven approach to account lifecycle management 

Nice to Have 

• Experience at a company under 200 employees where IT processes are still being built out
